Please join us in congratulating our fellow Young Republicans in their recent election victories:

Karen Sautter, YRNF Northeast Regional Vice-Chair, was elected to North Reading School Committee.

Today, Young Republicans take part in one of the largest grassroots movements we have experienced in our lifetime. Tea Parties across this nation take place today in the spirit of the legendary 1773 protest where fed-up colonists dumped tea into Boston Harbor as a symbol to the British king of their frustration with taxes imposed upon them.

As our patriot ancestors took action and kept the march toward liberty moving, we, too, today have a similar opportunity to make our voice heard in civil protest of the extraordinary tax burden our country, our generation now face.

In today's RNC Chairman Debate candidates responded to College Republican Chairman Charlie Smith's question on how they will reach out to Young Voters:

"Get a Republican Friend Out To Vote!" Contest

This election is too critical to let one Republican vote slip through the cracks.
Do you have a Republican friend who has "voter apathy"?

It is time to tell them during this election their vote can make the difference for Republican victories.

This election the Democrats will have their voters out in force - and they think they own the youth vote.  We must do all we can to ensure Republican victories from the White House to the Court House and turn out our young Republicans en masse!

WASHINGTON, DC - Young Republican National Federation Chairman, Jessica Colón, released the following statement this morning:

"Governor Sarah Palin stood solidly on conservative principles in her game changing debate. She looked America in the eye and gave her unfiltered views on the critical issues of our time. Her record of reform, her desire to achieve energy independence and her straight talk resonates with young Republican voters and will also resonate with independent and undecided voters. Her message will bring new voters to the McCain-Palin ticket. Sarah Palin is honest, committed and passionate about protecting our democracy, our freedom, our way of life. Young voters are inspired by Governor Palin's refreshing frankness and clear ability to tackle the tough issues facing our generation. Governor Sarah Palin proved why she is ready to serve this country as its next Vice President."
